2 Bedroom Apartment with Partial Ocean View

The Alstan Family Beach house is centrally located just one block back from Coolum Main Beach.
Leave the car at home and enjoy a short 5 minute walk to the patrolled main beach, shops and cafes.
This two storey home has plenty of room for the whole family and allows you to spread out over the two levels. Each level has its own balcony and living areas with a Smart TV located in both lounge areas. The larger covered balcony is perfect for sharing together for the evening meal or to relax during the day and enjoy a quiet book. The balcony on the second level is more exposed to the sunshine and here you can enjoy the view of the ocean horizon from this level.
There are reverse cycle air conditioners in all 3 bedrooms and in both living areas. This property sleeps 6 people.
The downstairs level has the first large bedroom with a king size bed and the second bedroom on this level has 2 single beds. There is a family bathroom with toilet combined on the first level. Upstairs could be considered the parents retreat with its own separate toilet and bathroom leading off from the third bedroom with a queen size bed.
The well equipped kitchen on the upper level has an electric stove top and oven and has everything you will need to enjoy meals together as a Family or to enjoy the many takeaway options that Coolum has to offer. There is a smaller kitchenette on the lower level and bar fridge.
